The Foreign Workers Transformation Approach Job Sarawak (hereinafter referred to as “our Website”, “FWTA Job Sarawak”, “we”, “our” and “us”) is an online employment solution for talents (“Talents”) seeking jobs (“Jobseekers”) and employers (“Employers”) who need great Talents. We are a job advertising provider which offers an online platform for Employers to advertise their vacancies and attract local Talents. FWTA Job Sarawak may also provide services offered by our advertisers (hereinafter referred to as “Advertiser”, “Third party”, “Partners”, “Employers” or “Merchants”).
All Jobseekers are free to use our online platform to search for suitable vacancies. Jobseekers will need to communicate and apply for the vacancies directly with prospective Employers. Jobseekers can use our resources to secure jobs (“Jobs”).

- does not charge or levy any fees from Employers for securing Talents.
- Collection of Personal Data FWTA Job Sarawak will only collect Personal Data about an individual which it reasonably considers necessary for the relevant purposes underlying such processing.Examples of your Personal Data which may be collected by us include the following:
- Your name, gender, date of birth, telephone number, mailing address, electronic mail address, transaction details and any other Personal Data and information which you have provided to us in any forms you may have submitted to us or in other forms of interaction with you; and

It should not abuse the trust of the jobseeker or exploit their lack of experience or knowledge. All advertisements should be prepared with a sense of responsibility to the jobseeker. All advertisements should respect human dignity and should not incite or condone any form of discrimination including ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability or sexual orientation.
- General Principles All job advertisements should not contain anything that is inaccurate, false or misleading or contain elements which are forbidden under the law, by law, policies or regulations.
- Advertisement Terms & Conditions FWTA Job Sarawak, its affiliates and any of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, contractors, agents, Employers, Merchants, third-party or licensors, or any of their officers, directors, agents or users do not guarantee the timeliness, validity, completeness or accuracy of the content. Although we may update the advertisement on our websites from time to time, please note that you may come across user’s content that may be copyrighted material / harmful / inaccurate / misleading / not up-to-date information / typographical errors / offensive / threatening / indecent or objectionable including but not limited to explicit language and other potentially offensive materials. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any job advertisement information, opinion or statement contained therein. Some elements, information contained in any of the pages on our website may be reproduction of the employers seeking for jobseekers. You acknowledge that we shall have no liability with respect to such advertisement. Users can report these advertisements to us and we reserve the right to remove them from our website.FWTA Job Sarawak may from time to time update, vary, amend or cancel some or all terms and conditions used for advertising purposes and each time the party visits our Website. Digital Payment Policy
- Payment You will be required to make payment for a job advertisement using a digital payment method made available to you. We may direct you to our trusted payment service providers’ websites, and you may be required to share with payment service providers your personal information such as name, address, identity card number, financial information (e.g. bank account, and etc) and any other information which is required by the payment service providers In order to complete the payment.
- No Refund Notwithstanding anything to the contrary (but subject to any applicable law), all charges paid are non-refundable. However, if you believe that you have been charged in error or if you believe you should be refunded for any other reason, you should contact us within fourteen (14) days of such a charge. We reserve the right to refuse such a refund request for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that:
